- 1 medium or small cabbage (Purple)
- 1 fresh lemon
- to taste Salt
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
- 2-3 onions
- to taste Black pepper
Method
step 1
Take a large bowl and add in cabbage leaves length wise chopped onions, some fresh and washed parsley and combine wellstep 2
Now sprinkle some salt, black pepper over itstep 3
Squeeze some lemon over the top to give a tangy punchstep 4
Combine wellstep 5
Serve it in a garnishing bowl
