Ingredients

  • 1 medium or small cabbage (Purple)
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 onions
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Take a large bowl and add in cabbage leaves length wise chopped onions, some fresh and washed parsley and combine well
  • STEP 2
    Now sprinkle some salt, black pepper over it
  • STEP 3
    Squeeze some lemon over the top to give a tangy punch
  • STEP 4
    Combine well
  • STEP 5
    Serve it in a garnishing bowl
