A tasty spring onion rhita with a hint of green garlic with a undertone of cumin & paparika


  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 1 small clove of garlic finely chopped and crushed
  • pinch of cumin seeds
  • pinch of paprika
  • green garlic, chopped
  • salt to taste


  • STEP 1
    mix the spring onion, chopped chilli and yoghurt together, add salt to taste
  • STEP 2
    garnish the with cumin and green garlic and dust with paprika
