Ingredients

  • 40g Porridge Oats
  • 250ml Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 15g Raisins

Whiskey Butter

  • 40g Porridge Oats
  • 250ml Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 15g Raisins
  • 1 Teaspoon Whiskey
  • 15g Butter
  • 5g Brown Sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream the Butter, Whiskey and Brown Sugar together & soak the Oats overnight.
  • STEP 2
    Pour the Oats into saucepan on medium heat until they start to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer for 7 minutes.
  • STEP 3
    Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the Raisins into the porridge, Top with the Whiskey Butter
