- 40g Porridge Oats
- 250ml Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 15g Raisins
Whiskey Butter
- 40g Porridge Oats
- 250ml Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 15g Raisins
- 1 Teaspoon Whiskey
- 15g Butter
- 5g Brown Sugar
Method
- STEP 1Cream the Butter, Whiskey and Brown Sugar together & soak the Oats overnight.
- STEP 2Pour the Oats into saucepan on medium heat until they start to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer for 7 minutes.
- STEP 3Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the Raisins into the porridge, Top with the Whiskey Butter
