  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 apple, finely chopped
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 500ml orange juice

Method

  • step 1

    Mix all of the ingredients except the banana and apple together in a bowl and add the orange juice. Allow to soak through for a few minutes.
  • step 2

    Top with the apple and banana and serve.
