Creamy salmon with spinach

An easy, delicious and tasty way to cook the salmon, perfect to be accompanied with rice.

- 400g of salmon fillets or steaks
- 300ml heavy cream
- 500g baby spinach, chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper
Method

Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5.step 2
In a bowl, mix the baby spinach, the onions with the cream, the salt and the pepper.step 3
Place the salmon pieces in a baking dish and pour the mixture over it.step 4
Cover and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes. Serve.
