Method

  • step 1

    Cut the chicken breasts in small chunks.
  • step 2

    Clean the mushrooms and quarter them.
  • step 3

    Cut the sundried tomatoes in small stripes.
  • step 4

    Thaw the spinach
  • step 5

    Cook the pasta. Keep it warm
  • step 6

    Heat some oil and fry the chicken breasts in it.
  • step 7

    Add the mushrooms and stirfry them with the chicken
  • step 8

    Add the thawed spinach and the Boursin cheese
  • step 9

    Add the sundries tomatoes and pine nuts and warm them through
  • step 10

    Put the pasta in a dish and pour the sauce over it
