  • 8-10 Large Prawns Each
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Butter, Roughly 100g
  • Salad (Optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Crush your garlic cloves.
  • STEP 2
    Mix your garlic cloves with your butter.
  • STEP 3
    Fry the garlic butter in a large frying pan.
  • STEP 4
    Fry the prawns in the butter.
  • STEP 5
    Serve with salad to make a great light lunch or weekday tea.
