  • 8-10 Large Prawns Each
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Butter, Roughly 100g
  • Salad (Optional)


    1. Crush your garlic cloves.
    2. Mix your garlic cloves with your butter.
    3. Fry the garlic butter in a large frying pan.
    4. Fry the prawns in the butter.
    5. Serve with salad to make a great light lunch or weekday tea.
