Serves 1 - 5 Glasses

Spanish for "Water of Valencia", this cava based cocktail is perfect for sipping in the sun, entertaining guests or as an accompaniment to a lovely Sunday brunch

  • 1l Cava - Spanish champagne
  • 3l Orange Juice - freshly squeezed if possible
  • 4dl Cointreau - orange liquer
  • 200g sugar
  • Ice


    Add all of the ingredients in to a jug - stir and serve! That simple!
