X.O Fried Rice

A simple recipe for one of those lazy nights

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp X.O Sauce
  • 2 Portions of Cold Rice
  • 4 slices of Spam (Sliced into lengths then halved)
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Light Soya Sauce
  • Spring Onion (Optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry your onions until they are colourless add in your spam at the same times and fry until brown
  • STEP 2
    Now add the eggs and wait until its cooked
  • STEP 3
    Add the rice, press your rice down with a fishslice, this softens the rice up. Tossing the rice while pressing
  • STEP 4
    Add a little bit of light soya sauce for colour and taste.
  • STEP 5
    You are nearly done! Now add the spring onions and X.O Sauce and mix it in evenly
