X.O Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp X.O Sauce
- 2 Portions of Cold Rice
- 4 slices of Spam (Sliced into lengths then halved)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Light Soya Sauce
- Spring Onion (Optional)
Method
- STEP 1Fry your onions until they are colourless add in your spam at the same times and fry until brown
- STEP 2Now add the eggs and wait until its cooked
- STEP 3Add the rice, press your rice down with a fishslice, this softens the rice up. Tossing the rice while pressing
- STEP 4Add a little bit of light soya sauce for colour and taste.
- STEP 5You are nearly done! Now add the spring onions and X.O Sauce and mix it in evenly
