Healthy, filling, protein rich pancakes
- 128g oats (1 cup)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana
- 64g almond milk (.5 cup)
- pinch of baking powder
- STEP 1Blend the oats to make oat flour, then blend in the rest of the ingredients
- STEP 2Cook the pancakes on a medium heat and then add a topping of your liking i.e. defrosted frozen fruit, fat free greek yogurt etc.
