Protein Pancakes

Healthy, filling, protein rich pancakes


  • 128g oats (1 cup)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 64g almond milk (.5 cup)
  • pinch of baking powder
  • Cinnamon


  • STEP 1
    Blend the oats to make oat flour, then blend in the rest of the ingredients
  • STEP 2
    Cook the pancakes on a medium heat and then add a topping of your liking i.e. defrosted frozen fruit, fat free greek yogurt etc.
