  • 62g good quality oats
  • 250ml semi skimmed milk
  • a pinch of sea salt (optional)


  1. Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, more stirring seems to give a more creamy result, stir until thick and creamy. Add salt (optional).
