Porridge Oats with Milk

A simple and healthy breakfast or snack. Add fruit and berries to taste.
- 62g good quality oats
- 250ml semi skimmed milk
- a pinch of sea salt (optional)
- STEP 1Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, more stirring seems to give a more creamy result, stir until thick and creamy. Add salt (optional).
