Chicken, Avocado & Watercress Sandwich Filling

This feels really healthy and works really well with wholemeal bread.


  • 1 cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 50g Watercress
  • a pinch of sea salt


  • STEP 1
    Cut the chicken breast into 1 cm chunks, put into a large bowl. Remove the skin and stone from the Avocado cut into the same size chunks, add this to the chicken. Snip the watercress with scissors into 2 cm long bits, add this to the mix. Season, give the mix a good stir to break down the avocado, to make everything stick together.
