Ingredients
- 4 rashers of bacon, roughly chopped
- A hand full of spinach
- 4 handfulls of penne pasta
- One white onion
- And a jar of Lloyd Grossman tomato and sweet red pepper
Method
- STEP 1Strip the bacon of its fatt and then fry it
- STEP 2Chop the onion and add that to the same frying pan as the bacon
- STEP 3Put the pasta into a pot and boil it to the packets instruction
- STEP 4Put the spinach in a colander and when the pasta boils and is cooked through pour the water over the spinach
- STEP 5When that is all done, put the spinach, bacon and onion in with the pasta and add the jar of source over the whole lot and stur and then serve.
