Ingredients

  • 4 rashers of bacon, roughly chopped
  • A hand full of spinach
  • 4 handfulls of penne pasta
  • One white onion
  • And a jar of Lloyd Grossman tomato and sweet red pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Strip the bacon of its fatt and then fry it
  • STEP 2
    Chop the onion and add that to the same frying pan as the bacon
  • STEP 3
    Put the pasta into a pot and boil it to the packets instruction
  • STEP 4
    Put the spinach in a colander and when the pasta boils and is cooked through pour the water over the spinach
  • STEP 5
    When that is all done, put the spinach, bacon and onion in with the pasta and add the jar of source over the whole lot and stur and then serve.
