Rye bread with cumin

Rye bread with cumin with home bakery machine


  • 125 grams of rye flour
  • 375 grams of white flour
  • 300 milliliters of water
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 20 grams of dry milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of salt
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • one pack of dry yeast


  • STEP 1
    Mix the water with lemon juice and pour them into the container
  • STEP 2
    Add both types of sifted flour, milk and cumin.
  • STEP 3
    Put the sugar and salt at the two ends of the container. Make a well in the middle and pour mine. Bake in the basic mode in medium-roasted crust.
