  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2/3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1tbsp dark soysauce
  • 2tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


    1. Combine all ingrediants in a pan
    2. bring to the boil,stirring frequently, keep warm till ready to use

Not the greatest tasting satay sauce. Maybe it's missing something?

Dog egg. A bowl of coconut milk with a few peanut chunks floating in it.

very nice but I did double up on the peanut butter as I like it very peanutty. it will be in our stir fry later.
