Ingredients
- 75g crushed digestives
- 20g melted butter
- 160g chocolate philadelphia
- 180g double cream
- 20g icing sugar
- 1 fudge bar chopped
- 1 flake bar
Method
- STEP 1melt butter add crushed biscuits, press into greased tin
- STEP 2whisk philly,cream+icing sugar till thick, add chopped fudge bar,
- STEP 3pour onto biscuit base+chill, crumble flake over cheesecake before serving
