Ingredients

  • [Ingredients in order of cooking process]
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 middle sized vine tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, remove stone, skin, and thinly sliced (see photo)
  • 1/4 medium onion, very finely sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced on avocado
  • Your favourite dressing, as you like
  • Black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    First spread the salmon pieces on a suitable plate and cover them with tomatoes, then avocado slices (dressed with lemon juice) in an attractive ring around the plate , finally place the very finely sliced onions in the middle part covering the other ingredients. Season with black pepper and your choice of salad dressing - Enjoy!
