Fruit pie filling

- Serves 6
Various fruit pie fillings, to be made ahead of time (to freeze) or fresh
- 6 cups freshly sliced peaches, apricots, or any other soft fruit
- half cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- Dash grated nutmeg
- 0.5 ground cinnamon
- 2tsp lemon juice
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use for pie filling. If you want to freeze, place in plastic bag in a pie dish so it creates the right shape for when you want to use it.
