Fruit pie filling

Various fruit pie fillings, to be made ahead of time (to freeze) or fresh


  • 6 cups freshly sliced peaches, apricots, or any other soft fruit
  • half cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Dash grated nutmeg
  • 0.5 ground cinnamon
  • 2tsp lemon juice


  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use for pie filling. If you want to freeze, place in plastic bag in a pie dish so it creates the right shape for when you want to use it.
