- 284ml carton double cream
- 1/2 tub mascapone
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- STEP 1Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- STEP 2Then quickly fold in the brandy.
- STEP 3Gently fold in mascapone.
- STEP 4Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.
