  • 284ml carton double cream
  • 1/2 tub mascapone
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 2 tsp icing sugar


    1. Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
    2. Then quickly fold in the brandy.
    3. Gently fold in mascapone.
    4. Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.

Why does it say whiskey in the ingredients but then says brandy in the recipe???!!!
