Method

  • step 1

    Cream Softened Butter and Sugar
  • step 2

    Add Flour, Eggs, Milk and Lemon Essence, Mix untill all the ingredients are combined
  • step 3

    Spoon into 18 Cake Cases
  • step 4

    Cook in a Preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 min depending on your oven
  • step 5

    Take out of oven and place on a cooling rack before decorating with Lemon drizzle Icing and Lemon Rind
