Ingredients

Basic Mix:

  • 225g SR Flour
  • 75g Margarine
  • 75g Sugar
  • 1x Egg
  • 75-100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.

Extras:

  • 25g Cocoa & 100g Chocolate Chips

Decorations:

  • Strawberry Jam & Buttercream Icing
  • 100g Icing Sugar & 1tbsp Water

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat Oven To 200 oC. Place 12 Cake Cases Onto Tray.
  • STEP 2
    Sieve Flour Into Bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Add Margarine & Rub Into Flour. Add Sugar & Mix.
  • STEP 4
    Add Egg, Vanilla & Enough Milk To Make A Stiff Mixture. (Add Chocolate Extra - Optional).
  • STEP 5
    Divide Between Cases. Bake For 10-15 Mins. Cool On Wire Rack.
  • STEP 6
    Decorate & Enjoy!
