A great winter warmer

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 slices cornbeef
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tbspoons of gravy granules
  • ready rolled puff pastry


    1. peel and chop potatoes and carrots and onion
    2. put in saucepan and cover veg with cold water
    3. add cornbeef and salt and pepper
    4. bring to boil then add gravy granules
    5. simmer for 20 mins
    6. when cooked put in casserole dish and place pastry over the top, cook in oven until golden brown

very good reciepe added a bit of thyme and basil to veg for abit more kick but its was loverly. forgot the cornbeef duh!! but still loverly
