Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 slices cornbeef
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tbspoons of gravy granules
  • ready rolled puff pastry

Method

  • STEP 1
    peel and chop potatoes and carrots and onion
  • STEP 2
    put in saucepan and cover veg with cold water
  • STEP 3
    add cornbeef and salt and pepper
  • STEP 4
    bring to boil then add gravy granules
  • STEP 5
    simmer for 20 mins
  • STEP 6
    when cooked put in casserole dish and place pastry over the top, cook in oven until golden brown
