It is a known fact that bananas are a complete food, because they contain the entire range of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients the body requires. Yogurt is a pro-biotic- meaning it is healthy because it also contains good bacteria which is essential for digestion as well as other nutrients. Refreshing in summer


  • 1 cup yogurt at room temperature
  • 1 average sized banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • STEP 1
    Whisk the yogurt lightly
  • STEP 2
    Mash the banana to a smooth paste
  • STEP 3
    Fold banana and honey into the yogurt and lightly whisk
