- 1 cup yogurt at room temperature
- 1 average sized banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- STEP 1Whisk the yogurt lightly
- STEP 2Mash the banana to a smooth paste
- STEP 3Fold banana and honey into the yogurt and lightly whisk
