Ingredients
- 2 maringue nests (small)
- a handful of rasberries
- a handful of strawberries
- 1 tsp icing sugar
Method
- STEP 1Crush the rasberries in a bowl until they are of a gloopy consistancey. Layer these into bowl.
- STEP 2Place a whole maringue on top of the rasberries.
- STEP 3Repeat step 1 but with strawberries. Layer these on top of the maringue.
- STEP 4Sprinke crushed maringue on top of the strawberries. Finish of with a dusting of icing sugar.
