A perfect twist on a lovely summer pudding.

- 2 maringue nests (small)
- a handful of rasberries
- a handful of strawberries
- 1 tsp icing sugar
Method
step 1
Crush the rasberries in a bowl until they are of a gloopy consistancey. Layer these into bowl.step 2
Place a whole maringue on top of the rasberries.step 3
Repeat step 1 but with strawberries. Layer these on top of the maringue.step 4
Sprinke crushed maringue on top of the strawberries. Finish of with a dusting of icing sugar.
