1 large banana,quartered and chopped into small pieces
1 nectarine,cut into pieces similar to banana
1 granny apple,cut into pieces
3 tsp cinnamon
3-4 tbsp light and mild honey

Place the yogurt in the serving bowl and add all the nuts,fresh fruit and dried fruit.Sweeten with honey and cinnamon.Give it a good stir so that the honey and cinnamon are evenly spread n the mixture. Can also be frozen for several hours for an ice-cream substitute and other nuts and fruits can also be used according to taste
