Ingredients
- 600g Greek style natural yogurt
- 70g pecans
- 70g walnuts
- 70g almonds
- 80g raisins
- 80g sun dried apricots,chopped
- 1 large banana,quartered and chopped into small pieces
- 1 nectarine,cut into pieces similar to banana
- 1 granny apple,cut into pieces
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp light and mild honey
Method
- STEP 1Place the yogurt in the serving bowl and add all the nuts,fresh fruit and dried fruit.Sweeten with honey and cinnamon.Give it a good stir so that the honey and cinnamon are evenly spread n the mixture. Can also be frozen for several hours for an ice-cream substitute and other nuts and fruits can also be used according to taste
