Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

A quick snack or breakfast smoothie tasty healthy and quick for those on the go :)

  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Strawberries (1 to decorate then eat :) )
  • 150ml semi skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of greek natural yoghurt (I used light)
  • A drop of vanilla extract or essence
  • Replace yoghurt for ice cream to make a yummy dessert or a treat on a warm day :)


    1. Chop all fruit into pieces
    2. add all ingredients to blender
    3. Blend
    4. pour into a chilled glass
