A quick snack or breakfast smoothie tasty healthy and quick for those on the go :)

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

4 Strawberries (1 to decorate then eat :) )

  • 150ml semi skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of greek natural yoghurt (I used light)
  • A drop of vanilla extract or essence

Replace yoghurt for ice cream to make a yummy dessert or a treat on a warm day :)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chop all fruit into pieces
  • STEP 2
    add all ingredients to blender
  • STEP 3
    Blend
  • STEP 4
    pour into a chilled glass
