Siana's Zesty Pasta

A fresh zesty pasta perfect for a lunch or dinner, any time of the year.
- 450g Tagliatelle pasta
- 75g Grated Parmesan
- 50g Wild Rocket
- 2 Uwaxed lemons
- 4tbsp Olive Oil
- STEP 1Mix together the zest, juice and oil in a large pasta serving bowl.
- STEP 2Cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions, drain and add to the serving bowl.
- STEP 3Season, add the cheese and toss together to coat in the dressing. Top with rocket or to add a personal touch add some grilled chicken or olives.
