A firm family favourite, once tried, always made again and again. Serve with a carrot or a few peas.
- 1kg Potatoes
- 1 packet of cheese, grated
- half a pint of milk
- salt and pepper
- STEP 1Peel and boil potatoes until they are ready to mash.
- STEP 2mash potatoes and add the milk and grated cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- STEP 3Place the mash into a roasting tin and put in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C.
