  • 1kg Potatoes
  • 1 packet of cheese, grated
  • half a pint of milk
  • salt and pepper


  1. Peel and boil potatoes until they are ready to mash.

  2. mash potatoes and add the milk and grated cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the mash into a roasting tin and put in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C.
