  • 1/4 duck
  • 4 chinese pancakes
  • 50g long stem brocolli
  • 50g beansprouts
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • Equipment
  • Frying pan
  • small bowl
  • chopping board
  • forks


    1. Marinade duck 2 hours Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
    2. Gather all equipment
    3. Roast duck in oven for 30 mins at 200 degrees C
