Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Paste
  • 2 Spring Onions, Finely Sliced
  • 1 Chicken Breast, Sliced into 1cm Strips
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Method

  • STEP 1
    Microwave the potato for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the chicken in the pan until cooked through. Add the spring onions and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  • STEP 2
    Reduce the heat and stir in the Chipotle Paste and lime juice.
