Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • STEP 2
    Place the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, spices and garlic into a bowl and mix to coat the wedges well.
  • STEP 3
    Place onto a baking sheet and transfer into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes, or until cooked, turning once halfway through cooking.
