- 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Fifty Fifty
- 2 soft Tortillas
- Cheddar cheese
- Red Onion, finely sliced
- Lime juice
- In a pan heat a little oil then add the onion, red chili and the coriander until fragrant.
- Mix in the crab with a squeeze of lime.
- Spread the mix equally between the two tortillas and cover with grated cheese.
- Fold the tortillas in half, press flat and fry until the tortillas are browned and the cheese has melted.
