  • 2-3 crisp Lettuce leaves, roughly chopped

Method

  • step 1

    Put the lettuce in a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon followed by some seasoning.
  • step 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pile onto the lettuce.
  • step 3

    Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with bread.
