- 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It - White Crab
- 1 teaspoon of Tomato puree
- 1 Shallot, finely sliced
- 1 Lemon
- 2-3 crisp Lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
- Handful of both, Dill and Parsley, finely chopped
- Olive Oil
- Brown bread, buttered
- STEP 1Put the lettuce in a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon followed by some seasoning.
- STEP 2Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pile onto the lettuce.
- STEP 3Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with bread.
