  • 7 wooden bbq sticks
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 4 fresh oranges
  • 7 strawberries
  • 1 bottle runny honey
  • 7 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tub of chantarelle cream
  • 1 bottle of chocolate sauce

    1. soak the bbq sticks in water for at least 30min,this dish is perfect for when all your braai(bbq) is done the coals should be perfect.
    2. Peal the pineapple and the oranges and cut into squares and set aside, keep the strawberries to the end so keep them in the fridge. After the 30min the sticks should be ready so start to put the fruit on the sticks starting with pineapple then orange and so on,leave space at the top for the strawberries.
    3. Once you have done that start to cook them on the braai(bbq) for a few minutes then sprinkle the sugar over each one and cook further until sugar start's to melt then add the honey put on as much as you wish"more is moreish",keep on cooking until nice and brown.
    4. Once cooked take off the braai(bbq) put onto individual plates squeeze over with chocolate sauce and then spoon some of the cream next to the kebabs and indulge yourself.
    5. Hope you enjoy this dish.
