  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

    Unbelievably easy, and really delicious! Used Olive oil instead of rapeseed as it was all I had, but totally fantastic! Compared to the bought dressing - no comparison! I will NEVER buy pre-made stuff again - this is inexpensive, easy and delicious!
