Ultimate Berry smoothie

Frozen berries are a great way of creating a cheap and healthy smoothie for a slow release fuel for the day ahead!


  • 500g Bag of frozen berries
  • 5 tbsp Low fat yogurt
  • 100ml Apple juice
  • 25g Oats
  • 2 tsp Honey


  • STEP 1
    Use a blender to whizz up all the ingredients. Blend for at least 25 seconds or until it is all one liquid
