Frozen berries are a great way of creating a cheap and healthy smoothie for a slow release fuel for the day ahead!

- 500g Bag of frozen berries
- 5 tbsp Low fat yogurt
- 100ml Apple juice
- 25g Oats
- 2 tsp Honey
Method

Use a blender to whizz up all the ingredients. Blend for at least 25 seconds or until it is all one liquid
