Print Ingredients Method Ingredients225g fresh strawberrys50g icing sugar150ml plain yogurt150ml double cream1 freezer-proof container MethodMash the strawberrys in a bowl until fairly smooth, ( using a fork is best here) Sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, Add the yogurt and cream, then mix well. Pour it into the container, pop in the freezer, and leave for 24 hours, or until frozen.
