Ingredients

  • 225g fresh strawberrys
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 150ml plain yogurt
  • 150ml double cream
  • 1 freezer-proof container

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mash the strawberrys in a bowl until fairly smooth, ( using a fork is best here) Sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, Add the yogurt and cream, then mix well.
  • STEP 2
    Pour it into the container, pop in the freezer, and leave for 24 hours, or until frozen.
