  • 225g fresh strawberrys
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 150ml plain yogurt
  • 150ml double cream
  • 1 freezer-proof container


    1. Mash the strawberrys in a bowl until fairly smooth, ( using a fork is best here) Sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, Add the yogurt and cream, then mix well.
    2. Pour it into the container, pop in the freezer, and leave for 24 hours, or until frozen.
