Ingredients
- 225g fresh strawberrys
- 50g icing sugar
- 150ml plain yogurt
- 150ml double cream
- 1 freezer-proof container
Method
- STEP 1Mash the strawberrys in a bowl until fairly smooth, ( using a fork is best here) Sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, Add the yogurt and cream, then mix well.
- STEP 2Pour it into the container, pop in the freezer, and leave for 24 hours, or until frozen.
