  • 500g Bag of Pasta of your choice
  • Bunch of Asparagus
  • Jar of sun dried Tomatoes
  • 4 Slices of ham of your choice
  • Black Pepper

Method

  • step 1

    Cook the pasta then rinse in cold water to cool it down
  • step 2

    Steam the Asparagus and cut into 1" long pieces
  • step 3

    Chop the Ham, Cut the Sundried Tomatoes in Half
  • step 4

    Add all of the Ingredients together using the Oil from the jar of tomatoes to dress. Pepper to taste
