Ingredients

  • 12oz / 350g Broken Smoked Mackerel
  • 8oz / 225g Cottage Cheese
  • 4oz / 125g Melted Butter
  • 5 fl oz / 150ml Soured Cream
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
  • Optional - 1 tbsp Whiskey (not to everyone's taste)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Simply put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill in fridge, can be frozen.
