Ingredients
- 12oz / 350g Broken Smoked Mackerel
- 8oz / 225g Cottage Cheese
- 4oz / 125g Melted Butter
- 5 fl oz / 150ml Soured Cream
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
- Optional - 1 tbsp Whiskey (not to everyone's taste)
Method
- STEP 1Simply put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill in fridge, can be frozen.
