  • 1 large cucumber

Method

  • step 1

    Preferably using a speed peeler, slice up one whole cucumber. (avoiding the seeds as they tend to have little taste.) Arrange on a large platter.
  • step 2

    Squeeze on the juice of one lemon.
  • step 3

    Spoon on the natural yoghurt.
  • step 4

    Sprinkle on some chopped mint.
