Ingredients

  • SALAD
  • banana, apple, grapes
  • pineapple, mango, lychees, kiwi, pomegranite
  • strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries
  • JUICE
  • passion fruit and orange juice
  • YOGHURT
  • greek yoghurt, lemongrass, ginger, star anise, honey

Method

  • STEP 1
    Boil lemongrass, ginger, star anise and honey to syrup, leave to cool
  • STEP 2
    Juice orange and passion fruit and combine chopped fruit leaving bananas last
  • STEP 3
    Mix salad together, serve with the infused yoghurt
