Fruity way to start the day!

  • banana, apple, grapes
  • pineapple, mango, lychees, kiwi, pomegranite
  • strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries
  • passion fruit and orange juice
  • greek yoghurt, lemongrass, ginger, star anise, honey


    1. Boil lemongrass, ginger, star anise and honey to syrup, leave to cool
    2. Juice orange and passion fruit and combine chopped fruit leaving bananas last
    3. Mix salad together, serve with the infused yoghurt
