Method

  • step 1

    Blend the banana, margarine, egg, sugar and vanilla essence.
  • step 2

    Add this mixture to the sifted flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
  • step 3

    Pour the cake mixture into a small loaf tin and bake for 40 mins at 160 degrees.
