Ingredients
- 550g Cherries (500g cherries, stoned)
- 450g Jam sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
Method
- STEP 1Stone the cherries
- STEP 2Add the cherries to a large saucepan, add the sugar and the vanilla seeds from the pod
- STEP 3bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes
- STEP 4Leave to cool slightly, then blend in a mixer until smooth.
- STEP 5Pour into sterilized jars
