Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Bran
- 1 Cup Sultanas (or mixed dried fruit)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Self Raising flour
Method
- STEP 1Mix all above ingredients, except the flour, together and leave t o stand for 1 hour.
- STEP 2Add flour and mix well.
- STEP 3Grease Loaf tin and pour mixture into it.
- STEP 4pre heated oven 200
- STEP 5Place in the middle of the oven for 40 -45 minutes
- STEP 6Before removing from oven use a skewer to test the middle of the cake is cooked
