- 1 JUS-ROL Shortcrust Pastry round, thawed if frozen
- 350g/12oz broccoli - broken into florets
- 1tub chilled, ready made cheese sauce
- 1 egg
- 50g/2oz grated cheese - optional

Preheat oven to 200oC/400oF/ Gas M 6, have ready a 23cm/9" flan tin or dish.
