Ingredients

  • 4 scoops of Natural Yog
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • A drizzle of caramel sauce
  • 300ml milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add all of the ingredients to blender or smoothie maker
  • STEP 2
    Blend on full speed for 1 minute
  • STEP 3
    Pour out into a cold glass and enjoy!
