brown mince and drain liquid from pot saving some for use if mix is a little dry. cook pasta as per pack instructions, add to mince the tomato soup, tomato puree, garlic puree, pepper and rosemary mixing well(add a little of saved liquid if required), bring to a slight simmer then add onion or challots 5 mins before serving. recipe also works well with quorn or other soya based mince, no need to brown first
