  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400 g spring cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups already cooked prawns, defrozed and peeled
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  • step 2

    Add ginger and garlic, stir well for 1 min.
  • step 3

    Add the cabbage, mix well and stir for 5 mins.
  • step 4

    Add the prawns, mix well and stir for 1 min.
  • step 5

    Add the soy sauce, season, mix and stir for 1 min more.
