Almond Salmon with Asparugus

Finally summer arrived in Oslo. We had guest for dinner on last Thurs. Easy made quickly prepared almond salmon was served.

  • 250 g asparagus, trimmed and halved
  • 4 salmon fillets, about 200 g each
  • 2 handfuls of flakes almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper


    1. Heat oven to 210C.
    2. Tip the asparugus and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil into an overproof dish. Season the salmon and put the salmon in with the asparugus. Scatter the almond flakes over the salmon.
    3. Roast for about 15-20 mins.
