Almond Salmon with Asparugus

Ingredients
- 250 g asparagus, trimmed and halved
- 4 salmon fillets, about 200 g each
- 2 handfuls of flakes almonds
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Method
- STEP 1Heat oven to 210C.
- STEP 2Tip the asparugus and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil into an overproof dish.
- STEP 3Season the salmon and put the salmon in with the asparugus.
- STEP 4Scatter the almond flakes over the salmon.
- STEP 5Roast for about 15-20 mins.
