  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50g mushroom
  • 50g sweetcorn
  • 50g peppers
  • 1 can chopped tomatos
  • 1 tsp chillipowder
  • 1 tsp corriander
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 100g beef chunks
  • 50g chedder cheese


    1. finley chop onions, peppers,and mushrooms
    2. heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. add onions, peppers, mushroom and sweetcorn. fry gentley for 5 minuites
    3. add the can of tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, seasoning
    4. simmer gentley, uncoverd for about 15 minuites stirring occasionaly
    5. whilst simmering cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12miniuites then rinse in cold water
    6. after simmersd, use the hand blender to blend in a closed up container
    7. once done add beef chunks to the sauce
    8. mix together with the pasta then put in foil container
    9. sprinkle cheese on top and grill for 5 - 10 mins
