Beef Chunks Pasta Dish

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 50g mushroom
- 50g sweetcorn
- 50g peppers
- 1 can chopped tomatos
- 1 tsp chillipowder
- 1 tsp corriander
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- 100g beef chunks
- 50g chedder cheese
Method
- STEP 1finley chop onions, peppers,and mushrooms
- STEP 2heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. add onions, peppers, mushroom and sweetcorn. fry gentley for 5 minuites
- STEP 3add the can of tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, seasoning
- STEP 4simmer gentley, uncoverd for about 15 minuites stirring occasionaly
- STEP 5whilst simmering cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12miniuites then rinse in cold water
- STEP 6after simmersd, use the hand blender to blend in a closed up container
- STEP 7once done add beef chunks to the sauce
- STEP 8mix together with the pasta then put in foil container
- STEP 9sprinkle cheese on top and grill for 5 - 10 mins
